Couples who are looking for something different this Valentine's Day can take inspiration from selection of Bristol restaurants that offer a Cultural Dining Experience.
The list, complied by Kwintessential, suggests some of Bristol's top spots for couples to sample a taste of another country's cuisine and culture.
Included in the catalogue are 'Shanghai Nights', a family run Chinese restaurant with 40 years experience, as well as 'El Puerto', a Spanish tapas bar that promises an authentic Mediterranean meal.
For couples who want to try something completely distinctive, Lebanese restaurant 'Mazati' offers a platter of mezze dishes with recipes handed down from generation to generation.
Turkish restaurant 'Bosphorus' is also featured, where you can try a selection of Turkish wines and the Turkish spirit, Raki.
Rounding the list off is Raj Tandoori, a popular and well known Indian restaurant in Bristol, renowned for it's good food and service.
Kwintessential, a company that specialise in cultural awareness training, released the list after scouring Bristol for restaurants that offer an experience of culture, as well as being able to sample different dishes.
Researcher Chiara Anazalone said: "We really wanted to come out with a list that offers an international flavour.
"As a result we can offer a taste of Spain to China and everything in between."
